Before we start.
What does VND 5 million include?
One Vietnamese-language landing page with up to 8 content sections, desktop/mobile layouts, one email enquiry form, Zalo/phone links, basic SEO metadata, installation of your measurement tags and two agreed-scope revision rounds.
When do the 5–7 working days start?
After scope approval, receipt of your content and images, and a 50% deposit. Time awaiting your feedback or materials is separate from implementation time.
Are hosting, domain and taxes included?
The design fee is VND 5,000,000. Domains, hosting, subscriptions, paid assets and applicable taxes/fees are itemised in the quote before approval. Paid services are not renewed automatically.
What if I need content or a larger website?
I can shape the page and refine copy from your materials. Full copywriting, additional languages, stores, payments and booking systems are scoped and quoted separately.
What happens after handover?
You receive agreed update guidance and 30 days of support for defects within the delivered scope. New content and features are quoted separately. Access handover follows the selected platform.
Do you guarantee leads or sales?
I do not guarantee leads, revenue or search rankings. I deliver the agreed scope and check forms and contact paths before handover.
